Workplace pensions

From February 2018 every employer will need to comply with workplace pension duties. If you’re an existing employer or register as a new employer before 30 June 2017 your date to comply will be sooner than February. (If you register as a new employer after 1 October 2017 you will have an immediate duty to comply.)

Who needs a pension?

If your nanny is over 22 years of age and earns more than £10,000 he or she will need to be enrolled into a workplace pension scheme. Even if your nanny doesn’t automatically qualify for a pension you will have duties to complete. We can help with pension choices, set up and ongoing management and make sure that you comply with the workplace pension legislation.
