Clients are sent two contracts of employment on receipt of a completed online contract questionnaire. It is the responsibility of employers that they and the employee both agree the terms of the employment contract and both sign and date a copy each. One copy is to be retained by the employer and one given to the employee for their information and reference.
I you want to make changes to the terms and conditions of employment following the issue of this contract you need to issue employees with written notification of the changes.
